Dodecanese in 8 days
A compact tour of four Dodecanese islands, moving from the beach resorts of Kos through the climbing and diving culture of Kalymnos to the harbor village of Symi before finishing in the medieval old town of Rhodes.
Day by day
- Day 1–2 Kos
Fly into Kos and spend two nights around Kos Town's castle and the ancient Asklepion before a 35-minute fast ferry to Kalymnos.
Kos → Kalymnos · 35m · from €24 - Day 3–4 Kalymnos
Kalymnos is known for sponge diving and rock climbing; two nights cover the harbor town of Pothia and the crags above Vathy valley before the onward connection to Symi.
- Day 5–6 Symi
There is no direct boat from Kalymnos to Symi, so this leg usually loops back through Kos or Rhodes — check the schedule before booking. Symi then delivers its neoclassical harbor at Gialos and a boat trip to the Panormitis monastery.
Symi → Rhodes · 50m · from €32 - Day 7–8 Rhodes
Rhodes closes the trip with two nights in the medieval Old Town and a day trip to the acropolis at Lindos, reached by a 50-minute ferry from Symi.
